Release Notes: A flexible rule-processing engine was added to parse pseudo-English language rules in a rules-file to manage automatic transactions. An account reconciliation option, better reporting with Perl's "format" feature, and other minor fixes/improvements were also added.

Release Notes: The custom command line option interpreter has been replaced with Getopt::Long. All of the option parsing code has been rewritten. A 'mv' option has been added to move money from one account to another. A 'bal' option has been added to retrieve the balance.
