    Release Notes: The "cimg::tic()" and "cimg::tac()" functions were added, which are useful to display elapsed times. A bug in "cimg::round()" was corrected so that "-round(x)==round(-x)" is verified. A bug in "CImg::draw_text()" occurring when trying to draw text on images with more than 4 channels was corrected. A bug in "CImg::symmetric_eigen()" when sorting eigenvectors was corrected.

      Release Notes: Routines were added for image sharpening and for calculating the 2D or 3D structure tensor field from an image. The greycstoration plug-in was rewritten.
