All releases of CILib

Release Notes: This is a milestone release which focuses on documentation. Several bugfixes have been made, together with new additions to the clustering and dataset frameworks.

Release Notes: A new Cloning framework that provides more flexibility was implemented. Preparation for new functionality was done.

Release Notes: Various feature improvements and bugfixes were made.

Release Notes: This release mainly consists of feature updates and minor bugfixes, including a speedup in performance of the Type system. It has initial code for the Multi-Objective Optimisation package (MOO), a Sequence Alignment package in BioInformatics, generalised operators for Entities, and a new ControlParameterStrategy.

Release Notes: This is a feature update release. The manner in which datasets are now handled is by far more descriptive and will scale better when more than one data set is used. Minor bug fixes have also been made. These fixes, however, should remain transparent to all users.

Release Notes: This version includes dataset support for all problems, if required, as well as the new skeleton framework for niching algorithms. The packages within the source tree have been refactored and renamed to conform to specifications. Many bugfixes and feature additions have been completed.

Release Notes: This release includes the alteration of many of the packages within the source tree. These changes are all in preparation for a large collection of source that will be included. Basic support has been added for EC topology structures, and a division of the Algorithm classes has been committed.

Release Notes: This version is a maintenance release that builds on the refactored release of 0.5 (which was an unannounced and broken release). Notable improvements include a completely modularized PSO, and the EC framework and PSO now finally share a common base interface.

Release Notes: This release may be better or worse than the previous version. Many potentially destabilising changes were made, including the use of Java 1.5 generics, refactoring, and the testing of a new type system. Bugfixes were made in ACO.

Release Notes: This release features minor changes to the domain package API (vectors are now flattened), the addition of the domain visitor interface, minor bugfixes, added unit tests, ant colony updates, a start to refactoring the cooperative optimisation algorithm, and updated documentation.
