Chico Digital Web Tool allows non-technical users to create a tree structure of related web pages without knowledge of HTML or FTP. Users select HTML templates, and can preview the appearance of each page with a single click. Web Tool creates static HTML pages at the end of the edit session, and it doesn't require a SQL database.
