Release Notes: This release adds two new handlers. The first is based on GNOME-VFS and enables access to a lot of sources (the httpd now can serve files from a tar.gz or an FTP server on the fly). The second implements the "nearest neighbor" algorithm. If this handler get a wrong request, it will search for another good request to exchange it with, so the requester will never get a error message. Lots of the code has been rewritten for performance and cleanliness. A benchmark has been written and included in the package.
