    Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 23 improvements. It improves the performance and relevancy of fulltext searches by automatically detecting and quoting punctuated terms like email addresses, domains, URLs, IPs, and phone numbers. Phrase searches have stop words removed to improve matching. It implements 'OR' matching in quick search filters. Implements multiple line support for code formatting in the HTML editor. Fixes an issue where UTF-8 characters could become corrupted while displaying original_message.html attachments. Fixes an issue with drag reordering on workspace widgets.

      Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 11 improvements. Tickets may be opened without specifying recipients. An updated field has been added to snippet records. The global search menu is accessible by vision-impaired users with the TAB key. Popup windows can be resized, and they are constrained by the window height. Logo and favicon URLs are validated in setup before saving changes. An issue that prevented the drag reordering of pages and tabs has been fixed. An issue with some conditions showing up blank on "New message on a watched conversation" events has been fixed.

        Release Notes: This major update includes 70 new features. Workers and Virtual Attendants can send HTML formatted messages (including inline images) when composing, replying, or broadcasting. Cerb automatically converts CSS blocks to inline attributes for maximum compatibility with mail readers. Workers can relay specific messages to external email accounts without first having to set up a Virtual Attendant behavior. Cerb detects when a new storage object duplicates an existing one, and a link will be created to the same file. Workers can enable the display of Activity Log entries on the ticket timeline.

          Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 6 improvements. It fixes a bug where scheduled behaviors from deleted Virtual Attendants remained in the queue. It fixes an issue where new tickets created from the UI didn't relay attachments. It fixes an issue where a ticket merge failed to complete if any tickets in the chooser were peeked at. It fixes an issue with the 'Continue replying' button when multiple workers replied to the same ticket simultaneously. It adds a relative time to the 'Date:' header on the ticket peek popup. It fixes an issue with numeric ticket masks that prevented their profiles from displaying.

              Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 14 improvements. The storage service no longer unarchives objects, allowing for efficient persistence in cloud storage. Cerb detects timeouts while downloading messages through POP3/IMAP, and will now gracefully abort. Mail is streamed from mailboxes directly to disk rather than being fully loaded into memory first. Tickets can be searched by group and bucket in the API. Quick search no longer automatically includes leading and trailing wildcards, to improve fulltext performance. This release fixes an issue which caused number-based custom fields not to sort properly in worklists.

                Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 12 improvements. The 'Set header' action in 'Before sending worker message' behaviors is now capable of replacing existing mail headers. An issue where the bucket name was always 'Inbox' in some Virtual Attendant behaviors was fixed. A warning was added to the POP3 setup page, stating that downloaded mail will be deleted from the mailbox. In Setup, custom fields can be dragged into a desired order. Global custom fields can be migrated to fieldsets. A loading spinner is shown when clicking the reply button on a ticket profile.

                  Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 17 improvements. An 'Also execute in simulator mode' option was added to the HTTP request action in Virtual Attendants. Virtual Attendants can simulate delegated behaviors in the simulator. A 'Get links' action was implemented in Virtual Attendants for loading links of any type into a custom placeholder. The ability to customize the browser favicon was added. Buttons for 'Create behavior' are now properly shown on the mail filters setup page. A bug in the Support Center that ignored the configured order of the menu options was fixed. An error in time tracking profiles was fixed.

                    Release Notes: This major update includes 144 new features. A new mobile Web interface provides workers with access to their notifications, workspaces, and Virtual Attendant behaviors while away from their desks. Virtual Attendants now directly own behaviors, making it easier to organize automation workflows. The events and actions available to Virtual Attendants can be restricted by admins. Attendants can delegate behaviors to each other in real time. The simulator can target specific records and public behavior variables can be tested. Automation behaviors can be triggered through the REST API.

                      Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 13 improvements. When configuring a Virtual Attendant to relay email to workers, the default subject line now contains the ticket mask in order to promote discussion threading even without the standard mail headers. Virtual Attendant behaviors can now include dynamic lists of arbitrary workers when determining a worker for dispatching or other assignment behaviors. Previously, this was limited to groups and static worker lists. Ticket worklists allow data to imported from CSV files, which simplifies merging and importing data from external systems.
