Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 15 fixes and usability enhancements. A new "Sender is worker" condition is available to Virtual Attendants on mail filtering behavior. A minor CSS issue in Chrome which caused the overlay for disabled plugins to be positioned improperly has been fixed. Message worklists may now be filtered, quick searched, and subtotaled by ticket status. Clicking the "(none)" owner subtotal in a ticket worklist will no longer display an error. This release fixes an issue which caused knowledgebase articles to intermittently not save due to latency (mainly in Chrome). Subtotals now work for URL and number fields.

An issue in the scheduler where only one job would run per request if PHP lacked permission to use the set_time_limit() function was fixed.

Virtual Attendants can set cross-record custom fields, add headers to sent mail, add recipients to mail, set organizations on tickets, and post comments as their owner. Macros integrate jQuery for automation while replying. Workers may upload multiple attachments at once. URLs can link directly to messages. Comment creation triggers events. Calendars can plot dates from any worklist. Admins can list sessions. Snippets track daily usage. The Web API can upload files, search comments, and compose mail.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes seven bugfixes, security enhancements, and usability tweaks. Email attachments with HTML content filter out Javascript code before rendering. The 'Remember me' cookie for the login process now uses the 'httponly' option. This release fixes a bug that logged out all worker sessions when any worker reset their security credentials. The merge confirmation popup auto-focuses the 'OK' button to complement keyboard workflows. An issue where custom fields weren't being cached properly in Virtual Attendant behaviors has been fixed. QR codes display properly when using Google Auth and IE8.

The default labels for Activity Log entries when used in Virtual Attendant behavior were fixed. A bug in the Send Mail action of Virtual Attendant behaviors that prevented the 'From:' address from being set properly in some cases was fixed. The 'Current Worker' placeholder may now be used when filtering worklist-based dashboard widgets.
