Release Notes: This release includes over 23 improvements from community feedback. You can now create custom mail filter criteria and actions using plugins. Watchers can trigger Worker Notifications (optionally, with Fluid.app integration) in addition to sending copies of matching e-mail. Superusers can edit any worker's Watcher Filters. Contact Situations in the Support Center can have any number of followup questions be required before website visitors can open new tickets. The anti-spam system has several minor fixes related to multibyte-safe string functions in PHP.

An issue where malformed HTML attachments were being truncated when displayed in the browser was fixed. An issue with purified HTML attachments having their ID attributes stripped when displayed in the browser was fixed. When hovering over an attachment, a download option is now revealed. An issue in the scheduler where only one job would run per request if PHP lacked permission to use the set_time_limit() function was fixed.

Macros integrate jQuery for automation while replying. Workers may upload multiple attachments at once. URLs can link directly to messages. Comment creation triggers events. Calendars can plot dates from any worklist. Admins can list sessions. Snippets track daily usage. The Web API can upload files, search comments, and compose mail.

The 'Remember me' cookie for the login process now uses the 'httponly' option. This release fixes a bug that logged out all worker sessions when any worker reset their security credentials. The merge confirmation popup auto-focuses the 'OK' button to complement keyboard workflows. An issue where custom fields weren't being cached properly in Virtual Attendant behaviors has been fixed. QR codes display properly when using Google Auth and IE8.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes five fixes and usability enhancements. The Portuguese translation was updated. The default labels for Activity Log entries when used in Virtual Attendant behavior were fixed. A bug in the Send Mail action of Virtual Attendant behaviors that prevented the 'From:' address from being set properly in some cases was fixed. The 'Current Worker' placeholder may now be used when filtering worklist-based dashboard widgets.
