Release Notes: A workaround for a firmware bug with DVD+R media in the HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22NP20 1.02 drive was added. cddawav now supports "host" byte order with -output-endianess. Some copyright messages that no longer apply were removed. -D_GNU_SOURCE was added to the standard include flags for Linux in order to un-hide needed extensions. A new autoconf test that checks for the differences between the original iconv() implementation from Sun and the deviating POSIX standard was added.
Release Notes: Config.sub now supports NetBSD on AMD64. The email addresses in many files have been updated. The libfile license has been changed from 4-clause BSD to 2-clause BSD with permission from all authors. The MD5 implementation in cdda2wav has been changed to a public domain variant to avoid the RSA advertizing clause. Some small code cleanups were done in libscg.
Release Notes: A new attempt was made to work around the autoconf unfriendliness with GNU libiconv. Cdrecord now correctly writes DVD+R/DL media with all drives.
Release Notes: This release fixes mkisofs problems with multisession on multi-extent files (greater than 4GB).
Release Notes: Mkisofs now uses correct permissions with "invented" directories in UDF. Mkisofs now correctly limits UDF filenames to 127 characters outside the range of ISO-8859-1. Some Autoconf tests have been enhanced or fixed. The -interractive option of cdda2wav (which is needed to replace libcdio in GNOME because of license problems) has now been stabilized.
Release Notes: A workaround was added for some Linux filesystems that do not deliver "." and ".." first with readdir(). The -x pattern was fixed not to exclude "." and "..". The "make install" target now installs the libscg include files into $(INS_BASE)/include/scg/. config.guess now supports the "free" Apple Darwin variants.
Release Notes: A bug in the mkisofs graft -root code has been fixed. Some problems from a coverity code scan have been fixed.
Release Notes: This is the final step to make libfind a "real" library. mkisofs again supports -no-bak. mkisofs again auto-adds a slash to the left part of a dir=orig/ graft point spec if the right side is a directory.
Release Notes: All speed limitations may be disabled by setting the environment variable CDR_FORCESPEED to "any". The drive buffer size recognition was changed so that cdrecord now shows correct size values even for the LG GSA-H55N. DVD-RW/DL may now be blanked. The "out-fd=descriptor" option was added to cdda2wav, and allows the user to redirect informational output to a file descriptor other than stderr. A core dump with mkisofs in the Joliet code caused by the new Apple UDF extensions is now avoided.
Release Notes: A +-1 size realloc() problem was fixed in TOC handling for cdda2wav. A workaround was added for a double free problem in mkisofs, introduced with multi-extent file support, that caused it to dump core on Cygwin.
