Release Notes: Functions have been reorganized into a more logical set of files. Out of order and duplicate packet detection and tracking is finished. Transmit and receive threads have been modified to use a single socket each. select() is used for send and receive. Different ToS markings must now be specified as separate arguments. There are DSCP and precedence options in addition to ToS for easier use. Support has been added for setting priority at the same time as ToS, DSCP, or precedence. This allows vconfig to set the VLAN priority separately from the ToS marking. TTL and fragment knobs have been added. The PHP frontend has been updated.
