      Added 'snapshot' function
      Hi,

because I want to use cban non-interactive I added
      a
'snapshot' function, means cban prints out the
bandwitdth usage and then it exits. To use this
feature first patch your cban.c file with the following
diff-output and recompile cban. Then there's a new
      switch '-s' you can use.

      Regards
      Daniel
