Release Notes: This release adds several new TeX font encodings and the ISO-8859-15 (Latin9) output encoding, mainly to support the European currency symbol. Other changes include a more user-friendly --output-encoding option and bugfixes.

Release Notes: This release brings a more powerful layout algorithm with enhanced vertical positioning capabilities and better handling of sub- and superscripts in mathematical formulae. Encoding tables for all AMS fonts except the cyrillic ones have been added. Other improvements include a completed Blackboard font encoding and adaptions to Unicode 3.2. A few bugs have been fixed as well, most notably false out of memory errors on AIX 4.2 and some other systems.

Release Notes: Output can now be restricted to a range of pages. The positioning of ligatures and many mathematical symbols has improved. Most of the missing entries in the font encoding tables were added. Some bugs were fixed as well, including a build problem on FreeBSD.
