Capivara

Capivara is an application to manage and synchronize files and directories on either local or remote computers. FTP/SFTP are supported to access remote servers. Additionally, Capivara can also serve as a file manager with all features that the java.io package supports.

    Release Notes: This is basically a bugfix release. No features were added, but many bugs have been fixed.

    Release Notes: This release has an option to keep remote connections alive, so (S)FTP connections are less likely to get disconnected due to timeouts. The algorithm to find duplicated files has been optimized for speed. This version comes with support for saving user passwords. Some minor GUI problems have been fixed.

    Release Notes: This release adds support for the HFS+ filesystem of Mac OS X. It also ships with two new translations to Spanish (AR and ES). Some minor bugs have been fixed.

    Release Notes: This release fixes a critical bug which can cause file corruption when copying bigger files over FTP from a Windows machine. This release also adds an option to show a file diff in the SyncExplorer.

    Release Notes: This version is mainly focused on improving usability. It also features a new synchronization method that uses only the name and the size of files. Many bugs have been fixed.
