Version 3.5 of Calcium

Release Notes: New features include Event Categories, Calendar Groups, Automatic Link and Email Address detection, Email Aliases, Microsoft Outlook Import/Export, Copy Event, Included Event Indentifying Text, Week Numbers, Skip Weekends for repeating events, and other more minor things. This release has significant performance enhancements and some bugfixes as well.
