The Multiprotocol IM Architecture implements some transports (MSN messenger, AOL (toc protocol), and Jabber) and allows other developers to make their own IM clients by extending a few classes and implementing a few interfaces.

    Can't download source code
    Most of the links on the given home page are broken, in particular the one that should download the source code.

    Looks like you can download the jars and a test program, but who cares, without the source?
