Release Notes: More sane error handling in ipq.c. The buffer size has been fixed to handle larger MTUs. The ipq interface has been updated. There are various code cleanups. It has better error handling while generating graphs and RRD data. It fixes a bug preventing graphing from working.

A check for the presence of the configuration file was added. An error is now thrown if invalid tags are encountered in the <nat> section, and checks for NAT tag parameter validity were added. A bug where comments in the NAT section created an endless loop in bwm_firewall was fixed.
