Release Notes: This version adds separate output for "not found" domains, along with a few more bugfixes, updates to the "stripdisclaimer" configuration file, and a few syntax modifications to appease Perl 5.8.

Support was added for PostgreSQL in addition to MySQL for database features. Support for mod_perl was improved, and support for non-standard whois servers (like whois.denic.de) was improved.
