Release Notes: Product groups can now be set per product; the group name is no longer tied to the product name. You can now force bugs in a particular product to belong to a group instead of just allowing it as a default. You can now force users to log in to view any page instead of only when making changes. You can now reassign a bug to yourself at the same time as you upload an attachment to it. The shadow database has been removed in favor of MySQL's built-in replication.
