Release Notes: The mail accounting is much more usable now and tested, and hence the project has been renamed to ISPacct. The documentation has been updated wrt the mail analyzer.

Release Notes: Support for MySQL and mail accounting was separated out, making builds cleaner. Many old copyright notices (which were forgotten last time) and such were removed. The configuration parser was fixed; you don't need to specify internal net and proxy. Documentation was also updated.
