Version 0.3.0 of Tournament Pool and Bracket Tracker

Release Notes: The major new feature of this release is invitations. This gives the administrator of a tournament the ability to send out an invitation URL which, when clicked by a prospective player, will add them automatically to an appropriate group without administrator involvement. This release also gives links to the tournament update pages so that you can easily update the games as they happen, and delegate the authority to update the games. All screens are properly secured. Various bugfixes have also been made.
