BoreWiki

BoreWiki provides a Web form interface to edit reStructuredText formatted text and creates static (X)HTML pages out of it. It provides password-based user authentication, and has directory-based access control for these users. All edited and saved pages are stored in RCS files if there is need to access old content.

    Release Notes: prest (perl Text-Restructured code) was updated to 0.003025. In Borewiki.cgi, the textarea is now 99% of the width of the browser window. textarea wrap was turned off (in a non-XHTML way). A "-D file_insertion_enabled=0" option was added to the prest command line. Tabs are now converted to one space, with a message added to the preview window.

        Release Notes: This release adds borewiki.css with font definitions. It adds an option to redirect all BoreWiki CGI traffic to the HTTPS port. It hides path information in the preview output if prest prints messages about the content.

          Release Notes: Documentation updates. Online information updates. Document source links in generated HTML pages. Revision information is shown in generated HTML pages. This release adds <base /> tags for relative links to the preview page. "Draft" pages are now shown with a different background color than final pages. A software update target has been added to the makefile. There are minor layout changes. Code updates and cleanup. Bugfixes.

            Release Notes: writeredirfile() failed to create redirection (.htm) files in some circumstances. This is now fixed.
