BlueWonder
BlueWonder is a framework for building all kinds of content management systems. It supports different types of databases and comes with an XML-based template engine. It is served with a workflow engine and role-based access control.

Release Notes: A base.core.blwCallerCheckable class that provides functionality for checking valid callers of class methods was added. Caller restrictions were added to blwModule::remove, blwModule::__call, blwModule::create, and blwModule::loadValues. module.xml was fixed in many modules.
