Great ticket system
After installing and evaluating a half-dozen different ticket tracking systems found here on FM, I selected this one because of the features it presents and helpfulness of the author. Favorite features include the customer list, arbitrary follow-up length with HTML, and user preferences. We have been using it for several weeks, with over 250 customers entered, and a couple dozen people entering and handling tickets. Also, it was very easy to install and configure, including the erlang environment.
