Release Notes: This version includes simple changes to match sendmail 8.12.2, and local shell delivery flags were changed to omit 'e' (expensive delivery).
Release Notes: Connection sharing (complement the connection caching) was added. Now there will be at most 1 connection per matching host/connection strings per child. A pgsql schema file and an initial values script are now included.
Release Notes: An update to match Sendmail version 8.12.0-Beta5, and a rewrite of the map lookups to use a common cached connection (greatly improving performance and significantly reducing resource usage).
