Release Notes: Blitz's core indexing and cache code was updated to remove several race conditions and improve both memory usage and performance. The Jini registry dumping tool was enhanced to support more methods for specifying target registries. It is now possible to have user-code executed at boot time once the space is initialized but prior to the proxy being published. Dispatching of blocked operations was reworked to be more cache friendly and faster.

Release Notes: This release introduces JINI 2.1 support, including the JavaSpace05 interface, and also provides backward compatibility with JINI 2.0.x. Various optimizations were added, including better support for concurrent write/take loads and intelligent read-ahead. A log dumping tool to support application debugging was added. Automatic aborting of dead transactions is now supported.

Release Notes: This version was ported to JINI 2.1 beta. Support for the revised JavaSpace05 API was added, and examples are included. A prototype API for accelerating JavaSpaces clients was incorporated, and is called Executor.

Release Notes: Per Entry-type constraints were added. Support for FIFO ordered matching was added. The Dashboard was updated to provide support for Entry browsing.

Release Notes: The dashboard was modified to support a configurable timeout for service lookup. A new cache indexing algorithm was added to improve in-memory entry matching performance. A tool to allow deletion of all entries (and schema) was added. Support for entry browsing (Outrigger compatible) via suitable service browsers was implemented. This release upgraded to Db/Java 1.7.1.

Release Notes: This release was forward ported to Db 4.3, and Db 4.2.52 is no longer supported. Dashboard and the stats API were updated to provide Entry schema information. Replacement nodes that were introduced as part of disaster recovery are now automatically synchronized with the existing master.

Release Notes: The join process was modified to only start up when there are sufficient replica group members available. Dead replicants are now automatically removed from membership, and temporarily replicant availability problems are now handled properly. The poor operation throughput caused by loss of replicants has been fixed.

Release Notes: Support for the new VisibilityEvent (super-notify) specification was added. A new FieldsStat statistic was introduced, which provides schema information relating to an Entry type. Dashboard was upgraded to make use of FieldsStat. A new debugging API for examining the contents of a running instance, including lease times and transaction locks, was added.
