Bip Irc Proxy

Bip is an IRC proxy that supports replaying logged conversation and multiple clients on one IRC server connection. It has a handy logging directory structure. It is multi-user and has a flexible configuration. Some of its configuration can be changed at runtime with special IRC commands.

      Release Notes: Log/backlog fixes were made. One of these fixed an annoying bug that resulted in too much backlog. The TRUST command was tightened to trust a SSL certificate at connection time only. Some unused log files were closed.

      Release Notes: The logfile format was improved. Finer grained backlog resetting was implemented. The /quote bip backlog command was added. The ability to autorejoin on kick was added.
