Binder
Binder is a program that provides a Web-based control panel to Bind 9. It is for small ISPs, small hosting companies, and individuals that host domains and want to provide their customers with an easy to use, simple interface to their records, without having to give up control of their nameservers.

Release Notes: The admin section now has the ability to search for domains or users. The Super Admin can edit individual users. The Serial for domains now follows the recommended, seconds from epoch format, as proposed by Verisign. The ability to add custom name servers has been added. IPs are stored and checked in MySQL's native INET_ATON format.
