Release Notes: This release has support for partial ranges and minor bugfixes.

Release Notes: Mostly "under the hood" changes (almost 4 times faster for plots with large amounts of data, and clipping the data to the plot region), removal of the python-libplot module, a new module for matlab emulation, and a multipage() function for making multi-page PostScript output.

Release Notes: FramedPlot completely rewritten which adds quite a few new features. Configuration options are now read during object instantiation instead of class definition. TeX control sequences '\it' and '\bf' are recognized. The 'read_rows()', 'read_matrix()' functions added. Single characters can now be used as plot symbols.

Release Notes: Part of the code was moved into a C module for speed reasons, requirement of the Numeric Python module, new Contour, Contours, FillAbove, and FillBelow plot components, and lots of bugfixes and infrastructure work.
