HIGHMEM support was added to make full use of all available RAM when using lrzip 0.543. PCMCIA and umsdos support were dropped.

PCMCIA is now modular, which should solve most of the problems with newer notebooks. A new boot-option was added to boot with 80x25 and APM turned off. This should solve some problems with middle aged notebooks. getrescd.exe was updated to really work under MS-Windows XP.
