Release Notes: New library features include cloning PDFs and pages, faster PDF reading, flattening forms, and reduced memory footprint. All non-Latin languages can now be used in forms (previously this was limited to Chinese/Japanese/Korean). Other new features are the ability to embed two-byte TrueType fonts, support for signature fields with a visible appearance on the page, and the ability to create custom paint patterns and use them as fills. Additionally, Encryption and Signature handler classes have been made extensible, so users can extend the PDF library to handle 3rd party digital signatures or encryption.
