Release Notes: This release changes copyright notices to Phat Geeks, Inc. The tables structures have been changed so that they all have a single field primary key. A syntax error in the function prepare_member834 has been corrected. Parse and front end code have been removed; these functions are no longer within the scope of this project. The TODO list has been updated.
Release Notes: Several fixes to correct 834 output discovered during HIPAADesk testing and other miscellaneous changes, including the addition of new lookup data.
Release Notes: This release adds a change file capability, and now supports producing both HIPAA 834 change and audit files.
