Release Notes: Although this release adds no new features, it contains many internal improvements and infrastructure updates. The Rapicorn library (13.0.0) is now used, and is required to build Beast. Beast now makes use of C++11 and STL threads. Improved performance is achieved through EventFD, Spinlocks, lambdas, etc. This release also contains many code cleanups, documentation updates, and licensing cleanups.
