BBForums

BB-FORUMS is a Web forum server that creates a system permitting several forums administrated by different users. A forum can be public or moderated, and subscription-moderated. Moderated subscriptions or messages are easily accepted or rejected by the administrators of the forums into the web interface. It's written in PHP and MySQL, and can run with PHP safe mode. It is not powerful, but very simple to install and use.
