Version 1.5.3 of bayonne

Release Notes: Bayonne2 text-to-speech services are integrated through the TTS definitions macro facility. The BayonneXML parser has been integrated as an alternate service binding. This allows Bayonne to query and then voice render XML documents that are formatted in BayonneXML and served from Web sites. BayonneXML is related to CallXML, and you will soon be able to use existing CallXML graphical tools to generate Bayonne applications.
