Release Notes: This release adds a required "unique_id" attribute to Item, as this is now required for all Base items. It works around XML formatting issues that appeared since the unit tests were last run by removing inter-tag whitespace in unit tests. The default values for "target_country" and "item_lang" in the constructor for UniversalItem and ProductItem have been removed to make the code a little less Brit-centric.
