Release Notes: BannerFilter now uses a configuration file, instead of making users edit the Perl code to configure it. There is now an exceptions file, so you can list hosts that you wish to view all the time. This includes (partial) wildcard support so that partial URLs can be blocked. Logging is fixed and is now a little more intelligible.
