Release Notes: This release added in-place restore and support for MobileBackup (Lion). An issue with snapshots that appeared as 'Not scanned yet' after scanning was fixed. Should Time Machine create or remove snapshots while BackupLoupe is running, the program will update its list of snapshots accordingly (on Lion). The "Show/Hide History" menu item now correctly reflects the state of the history drawer. An issue where multiple instances of BackupLoupeScanner were started was fixed. Support for PPC was restored.
Release Notes: This release fixes background indexing for OSX 10.6.5 and addresses an issue where some menu items would be enabled only when a file was selected. A crash when searching an item "in currently selected snapshot" while no snapshot is selected was fixed.
Release Notes: This release addresses an issue where indexing of some snapshots would fail.
Release Notes: This release fixed a bug where the Find window would sometimes report negative item sizes, a crash when acquiring the history of items contained in directories with restricted permissions, and an issue when selecting a snapshot after scrolling.
Release Notes: This release has switched from Clang LLVM 1.0.2 to LLVM GCC 4.2, which solves various crashing issues under OS X 10.5.
Release Notes: A problem where indexing directories with enabled read and disabled execute permission would fail was fixed. An alignment issue in the statistics view was fixed. A bug where the application hung when quitting while Time Machine was finishing its work was fixed.
Release Notes: This release fixes an annoying error where the program was started whenever a folder with folder actions applied to it was modified.
Release Notes: Scanning backups no longer blocks the user interface. Scanning and browsing may finally be done at the same time. Search functionality was added. This feature is also available via system service from any system services enabled file manager. Browsing and searching indexed snapshots is possible without the backup device being connected. Scans may optionally be performed as superuser; this allows you to monitor changes to directories to which the user doesn't have execute permission. BackupLoupe detects snapshots made while the program is running and updates its window accordingly. The type of change is displayed in history: new, modified, or removed. A statistics view was added for backup devices and machines. Info/Reveal supports CocoaTechs Path Finder.
Release Notes: Excluding items from backup did not work when no items had been excluded using TimeMachine System Preferences before.
Release Notes: This release handles empty snapshots in a sensible way. Adding or removing non-standard backups now updates the list of devices.
