Release Notes: This new codebase carries with it many big improvements as well as bugfixes. The modular system has been reworked so that dynamic runtime and build time behavior is simple, flexible, and powerful. The Scanner module has been rewritten almost completely. The J2EE module is back and better than ever. In addition, the multithreaded pipeline engine is even more capable for online applications.
Release Notes: Documentation updates and cleanups were made. IConfigInfo objects were implemented throughout the program and the J2EE module was reinstated. PipelineErrorHandler bugs were fixed, and ReaderPipelineStage was added. Small tweaks were made to the build (modules can now be exluded), and fixes were made to the Journal and Scanner. The SQL and GUI modules were updated, a new null scanner was added, and PostgreSQL journal support was included.
Release Notes: This is the first release of the 1.1 development branch, and contains a completely new module and build system. Pipeline multithreading was added. Changes were made to the the configuration handling. Classloader support was implemented to help systems that don't suppport environment variables. New, experimental GUI stuff was added. The scanner code has been rewritten.
Release Notes: The build and runtime system have been completely redone. Babeldoc is now modular. The build system will scan available modules (in a path or set or paths) and will build all modules in the dependency order. Similarly for the runtime system, babeldoc will configure and initialize the modules at runtime. All functionality is present.
Release Notes: This is the new dynamic build. Please download and test.
Release Notes: An overhaul of the pipeline document content-type and associated processing, a new JTidy pipeline stage, complete internalization of the application, an automatic translation tool using babelfish, rationalization of the pipeline stage configuration information, moving documentation to docbook (and a new pipeline to generate documentation), and lots of changes to the shell/batch scripts to make life simple.
Release Notes: The GUI now includes a scanner monitor and pipeline feeder. Scanner files are now loaded using an iterator to avoid memory errors. JBoss is now supported again, the conversion code now supports grouped line segments, and changes were made to cryptography. RMI server code was added to the scanner.
Release Notes: SqlWriter writes data back to the database. SqlEnrich provides all kinds of nice ways to get DB data. Configuration data has been merged. There is resource debugging and simplification. This release includes VelocityTemplatize Pipelinestage, a new DomifyPipelineStage, scanner fixes, and more examples.
Release Notes: Journal querying has been implemented. There are major fix-ups in the Web console. SQL work has been done to add generalized querying. Many small and large bugfixes were made. This release is starting to get to production readiness.
