Release Notes: This release adds a download limiter, peer caching, a plugin updater, UPnp, WebUI support for host operation, and several operational enhancements. It fixes the 99.X% / continuous hash fails fix, a problem where the basic plugin config model parameters was not working in non-SWT (e.g. console) mode, an issue where the 'completed' announce event was not being sent on occasion, a bug with the occasional missing of resume data write -> recheck on startup, bad peers not being detected on hash fail if they contributed all blocks, and features better handling of "auto import" and the default torrent save directory being the same, and more.
