Release Notes: The -l option was added to list all sites. Blog post formatting was fixed to use post date, not mtime. A problem in sitemap timestamp was fixed. The usage string was updated. Empty meta descriptions are not inserted. Crashing is avoided while getting the title for an empty file. The manual was moved to a separate location. The <?insert siteroot dots?> command was added. Docstring cleanup was done.
