Release Notes: This update fixes a problem exposed by recent Python releases that caused awb to fail while determining the location of its configuration directory. The fix introduces a new depenendency, python-xdg.

Only a single breadcrumb entry is created for index.html files Page titles can now be commented by stripping comment markers when setting the page title. The software now differentiates between a non-existent site root/source directory and an existing but not directory, and prints a message and quits nicely when options are not found in site configuration.

Docstring cleanup was done.
