                  Release Notes: This release give the same results whether you use any RPM bindings or not (e.g., it will consider the EPOCH tag even if no RPM bindings are installed). You can now match the vendor string of an RPM (to make sure that official Red Hat RPMs are not overwritten by other ones, for example).
