Release Notes: The front panel was redesigned. The tasks menu was removed and a "New Task" button was added to the main toolbar. A "New Visual Script" task was added. This extends the 7.x Chain task. The visual script task includes a script tester. The visual script task allows new and existing tasks to be added to the step list. The visual script task allows direct editing of task steps. A "New SubDirectory Loop" task was added. A "New SubDirectory Monitor" task was added. An FTP module was added, based on another third-party FTP API. The new FTP module supports FTPS (both explicit and implicit SSL and TLS).
Release Notes: An encryption module has been added. An FTP task option has been added to allow data timeout to be set. SSH2 connection parameters can now be set for each profile. Chain Task now allows max wait time to be set to 0, which allows a chain to wait forever until a task finishes its run.
