Release Notes: This release fixes the annoying bug where alarms would get continously reported every time autocheck was run.

Release Notes: Autocheck now includes support for plugins. There are two types of plugins: plugins for checking stuff on systems and plugins for taking actions on events. Plugins for reacting to events can be used for sending messages in some non-standard way (such as posting to a bugzilla database) or taking complex actions through external programs. The documentation was updated, as were the sample configuration files. There is also a new checktype: diskpath count in Dynix to monitor failure of disk controllers.
