    Release Notes: This release adds fixes for the new Atmel 89SXX, a dummy driver, enhanced lock and configuration bits management, and improved programing speed.

      Release Notes: This release includes support for a dynamic atelib, I18N support based on gettext, a Polish translation, and lots of bug fixes. It also includes a dummy driver for testing purposes, and two new partially-completed protocols: AVR_20pin, and Atmel 89Sxx.
