Aspose.Words for SharePoint allows you to convert documents within the Microsoft SharePoint applications. It supports multiple document formats like PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF, MHT, TXT, XML, ODT, EPUB, and XPS. It is designed to be used with Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (standard and enterprise). Release Notes: This new release supports the new DrawingML charts rendering features. It also added support for binary OLE objects in OpenDocument (ODT) documents and import of SVG images in HTML. Rendering of special RTL characters, content of SDT tags, and layout of nested objects and tables were improved. DIV elements in HTML, 3D effects rendering for VML shapes, and non-binary OLE objects in ODT are now fully supported.
Release Notes: This release includes support for embedded EMF+ metafile rendering and font style simulation while rendering to PDF. It also improved rendering of gray colors to PDF for proper printing, PDF A1/B compatibility, and EMF rendering, and made numerous improvements in TOC update. The TOC now looks identical to MS Word in almost all test cases. Better validation of generated DOCX documents through OpenXML SDK 2.0 was provided, along with support for signature image rendering for digital signature lines in rendered PDF documents.
Release Notes: This release includes the addition of a compile-time check for the workflow destination URL parameter. This release also updates the example of a report definition with SPQuery in the user documentation. The .apsx file header comments were updated with the user <%= %> directive. The logging test fails under SP 2010.
Release Notes: The major improvement in this release is the introduction of report generation support based on functionality available in Aspose.Words for .NET v9.4. Now users can generate reports based on a Microsoft Word template document and an external data source right in your SharePoint document library without the need to write even a single line of code. Users can specify multiple data source connections and queries. They also can combine data returned by the different queries using data relationships.
Release Notes: This release includes support for SharePoint Server 2010 and SharePoint Foundation 2010. Session state usage in conversion pages was eliminated. The installer was updated accordingly. Support for non-English SharePoint installations was added. Aslo Installer has been reworked. Page layout issues under SharePoint 2010 were corrected.
