Release Notes: This release includes creation and deletion of stamp annotation, the ability to add, remove, and get JavaScript from CheckBox, get a list of layers, display Contact and Signer's Name, and fill a dynamically expandable PDF form from XML. It also provides support for fill color in annotations. PDF to TIFF image conversion was enhanced. Other recent bugs were fixed.
