Aspose.Pdf.Kit for Java

Aspose.Pdf.Kit is a Java component for manipulating PDF documents. It supports filling of XFA fields, the creation o PDF document links, font styles, modifying AcroForm, extracting and adding Images and text, retrieving and modifying meta information, encrypting or decrypting PDF files, adding watermarks or logos, appending pages, and converting a PDF file to a single TIFF or XML file.

    Release Notes: Conversion of PDF to TIFF format was improved with greater fidelity. The ability to control the appearance of empty signature PDF form fields was added. The PdfFileMend and PdfFiledEditor classes were also improved.

      Release Notes: PDF to image conversion has been improved. The development team has significantly improved features like text replacement, PDF to TIFF conversion, tag replacement inside a PDF document, and Signature image rendering when converting PDF to TIFF. Text corruption and extra space being added between words when replacing a specific tag inside a string are also fixed.

        Release Notes: This release provides excellent support for converting PDF files into various image formats such as PNG, JPEG, TIFF, etc. It greatly improves the bookmark and page extraction features. The images created from the attached sample PDF that were black and distorted are now improved. Other bugfixes are also included.

          Release Notes: This release includes two new features related to text extraction: extracting text to HTML and getting text formatting information along with extracted text. Issues related to PDF flattening, annotation rendering, text replacement, form filling and flattening, PDF to image conversion, and image extraction were fixed. Extended features are now enabled for filling the form fields. PDF to image conversion was enhanced. Bugs were fixed.

            Release Notes: This release includes a new feature to get a list of all the fonts available in the PDF file. The PdfExtractor class now provides support for this feature. This release improves features related to PDF to JPEG and TIFF conversion, form filling, fonts, and text rendering. A fext overlapping issue is resolved when converting PDF to JPEG and when converting PDF to TIFF. Other bugfixes are also included.
