Version 7.3.2 of Aspose.Cells for Java

Release Notes: This release added support for copying sparklines between workbooks, and an important enhancement regarding obtaining the offset of the right-bottom corner of a given shape. Users can now set the default color of the worksheet tab. Moreover, several important customer issues have been rectified including issues with reading and writing MS Excel files, manipulating charts, and exporting to PDF. You can now close internal streams to release memory resources in PDF conversion and boost performance.

    Release Notes: Supports optimizing memory usage when working with big MS Excel files and large data sets (when building a workbook with large data sets, or reading a big template file). Sometimes developers may need to set their desired custom DateTime for the PDF files. This release allows getting or setting time for generating PDF documents during Excel to PDF conversion. Moreover, it also supports another valuable MS Excel features for showing formulas instead of the calculated values in a worksheet. Bugs in reading and writing Excel files and rendering images from worksheets have been fixed.

      Release Notes: This release enables Java developers to read password-protected Microsoft Excel 2013 files and apply the justify distributed setting while applying text alignment settings on cells inside their own applications. It also provides support for B3 (13.9 x 19.7 inches) and Business Card (90 mm x 55 mm) PaperSizeTypes. It enhances the un-hiding of rows/columns, printing comments in a Microsoft Excel document while rendering to PDF, and chart-to-image and sheet-to-image modules, and fixes issues with manipulating charts and shapes, exporting Excel workbooks to PDF format, and much more.

      Release Notes: The LightCells API can be used to read huge Excel spreadsheets with less memory. You can now create transparent images of an Excel worksheet. Issues with manipulating charts and shapes were fixed. Issues with rendering Excel file formats, rendering images from Excel worksheets, rendering shapes and control data, and exporting Excel workbooks to PDF format have been resolved.

        Release Notes: This release adds a feature which lets you retrieve external data source details. Sometimes, you may want to retrieve details from external data sources, for example, if you want to read the SQL connection data. You can also limit the number of pages generated in Excel-to-PDF conversion. You can print a range of pages to the output PDF file using this new feature and can set a limit on how many pages are generated when converting a MS Excel spreadsheet to PDF file format. This release improves the chart-to-image and sheet-to-image modules and adds a number of enhancements.

        Release Notes: The dependency on the dom4j library has been removed and was replaced with a custom XML parser. A “Cannot find black listed licenses resource” exception was fixed. The OSGi environment is now supported without any problems. Exceptions when reading/writing Excel files and rendering Excel spreadsheets to image files and PDF format were resolved.
