Release Notes: Code39 recognition from PDF file format and Code128 and DataMatrix code recognition from TIFF format were fixed.
Release Notes: This release reworks the BarCode project and supports recognition in WPF targeted assemblies. Previously, there was no way to read the codes in WPF projects. This release also ships a separate Aspose.BarCode library for .NET Compact Framework 3.5. By merging recognition and generation modules, there is now a single library for both APIs. Developers donít need to apply a license for each module.
Release Notes: The .NET Compact Framework version has been improved with appropriate error messages and enhanced reliability. The performance of DataMatrix with large pictures has been improved. Key factors of this improvement are "Diagonal check" and "Strict angle check". It is now possible to generate multiple barcodes in a single image. The decoding accuracy rate of DataMatrix and Code128 symbologies from images and PDF files is now noticeably better.
Release Notes: This release added improvements to different symbologies, image formats, and for 64-bit operating systems. Overall performance was improved about 3 times over the previous version. The Code16K symbology is now supported. Many significant enhancements have been made to improve the overall quality of RM4SCC, PatchCode, Pdf417, DataMatrix, QR, and Pharmacode symbologies. Quality and performance of recognizing Patch Code and InterLeaved2of5 barcodes from TIFF images was improved. The quality of PDF417 and QR code recognition from JPG images was improved.
Release Notes: This release adds overall greatly improved recognition performance. From this version, you can encode the Code16K symbology. This release also includes a number of new features and enhancements along with bugfixes. Some important enhancement are Pdf417 barcode recognition, recognition of barcode on dark background, recognition of EAN13 from TIFF, recognition of DataMatrix, recognition of PDF417 codes from PNG, recognition of QR code from JPEG images, and more. In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the image processing part, it adds complex background and invert image techniques.
Release Notes: You can now read barcodes in a specific order from an image file format. Recognition of Code128 and EAN barcodes was enhanced, QR code scanning was added, recognition with incorrect symbology was added, extension methods are now used in the source code, and incorrect intersection calculations were fixed.
Release Notes: This major release adds support for generating and recognizing barcodes on Windows 8 RT. You can now generate and recognize the GS1Code128, GS1DataMatrix, ISSN, ISBN, and ISMN symbologies. Datamatrix barcode recognition, recognition of QR from PDF, Aztec barcode recognition in JPG images, and QR codes from the TIFF file format are enhanced in this release. This release also includes the most recent bugfixes and improved barcode symbology support.
Release Notes: This release encodes non-English characters in 2D barcodes with enhanced API support and Recognition for MicroPdf417. The Aspose.BarCode for .NET API provides the BarCodeBuilder.CodeTextEncoding property, which allows you to set or get the encoding of the code text. It fixes many important bugs like Pdf417 recognition with splitting lines, QR barcode Recognition, Fake symbology detection, datamatrix sample image recognition, DataMatrix barcode from a JPEG image, recognizing a QR barcode from a PDF file, SSCC18 barcode with incorrect generation, and many more.
Release Notes: With this release you can recognize barcodes via COM interop. Bugs in EAN13, Pdf417, and Code128 recognition, Code39 with rotation angle recognition, barcode reading from TIFF, recognition of Code128 from PDF, and JPG recognition were fixed. MSI and Code11 were enhanced. The API now provides a BarCodeReader.SetBarCodeImage method whose overloads allow you to set an image for recognition. You can also choose the BarCodeReader.SetBarCodeReadType method which allows you to set barcode read type.
Release Notes: From this version onwards, you can generate and recognize barcodes with custom width. This release also includes the most recent bugfixes and enhanced recognition according to the ECC standards. It adds error correction so that barcodes can be recognized even if they are partially damaged. The Aspose.BarCode for .NET API provides the handy BarCodeBuilder.GetOnlyBarCodeImage method, whose overloads allow you to get a bitmap image with a barcode. You can also choose the GetCustomSizeBarCodeImage method, which allows you set the size for a whole picture with a barcode in it.
